How to know if your screen supports a logo
Elevator Screens
If you have purchased your screen from Vertical City, your screen should support this feature
If your elevator screen is from MAD Elevators or Thyssenkrupp, this feature is not supported currently
Lobby Screens
All lobby screens support logo uploads
How to upload your logo
To add your logo, find the upload option in the property edit section:
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the upload options
We recommend uploading a horizontal / landscape logo that is sized to around 330x130 px. JPG and PNG are accepted.
