Image Notices - How to Use Them

Create announcements or use one of our templates to communicate important information to your residents on your elevator screens.

Notices can be used to post longer descriptive announcements to your residents that will appear in the main section of your elevator screen. You can create your own custom notices or use one of our templates to post notices across single or multiple properties at the same time.

How to Create an Image Notice from Your Files

Log into elev8, and navigate to the Notices tab

Click "Add Notice"

Click "Image Notice"

Click on the box to upload your image notice.

Once the file is uploaded, to schedule a Start Date, click the "Starts at" field and select your preferred Start Date from the calendar.

Tip: if you want your notice to start on the day you create it, leave the start date blank

To schedule an End Date, click the "Ends at" field and select your preferred End Date from the calendar.

Click "Publish"

If you would like to save your Notice as a Draft instead of publishing it, click on "Save as Draft"

If you would like to use a previously uploaded image, click "Past Notices"

Select the image you would like to use and schedule it (if needed).

Click "Publish"

You can also select an image from our Library of pre-designed notices. To access, click "Library"

Scroll through the library to find the image you would like to use and click on it.

Schedule the Notice (if needed) and click "Publish"

How to Edit a Notice

To edit a Notice, click on the Notice you would like to make changes to.

Make any changes you want in the Editor screen and click on "Publish".

How to Delete a Notice

To Delete a Notice, just select it as if you were going to edit it, and then click on "Destroy"
