If you have an account with Condo Control, a building management software, you can push messages from their platform directly to our screens, saving you the time and effort of creating a unique building notice on our platform. If you would like to use the integrated message feature, please contact us at support@verticalcity.com so we can update your property profile.
Once your screens are installed and you've reached out to us, you can request from Condo Control to enable sharing of building messages on elevator screens. Once they have enabled the feature on their end, you’ll get the option to send messages to our elevator screens. Here's how to post notices on your Vertical City screens from the Condo Control app:
Follow these steps to post a new notice from Condo Control:
Log into your Condo Control account.
Click on Announcements on the left-hand menu.
Click create a new announcement
Select a regular announcement.
Check the Lobby / Elevator Screen box.
Add your notice details - Title and message body.
Select the screens that you would like the announcement to appear on
Click Post Announcement.
