Navigate to the Users tab in elev8

Click "Invite User"

Click the "Name" field and enter the account name.

Click the "Email" field and enter the email address for the account.

Select the role dropdown menu and select the appropriate role type for the user

Manager Level Access: access to all elev8 can do

Contributor Level Access: can add/edit/delete notices only

Click "Invite"
