1. Setting up your Account.
When you use the Vertical City platform for the first time, it’s important to update your information. This helps us provide you with the best customer service.
Log into your account.
Select My Account on the side navigation panel.
Edit and update the primary account holder information.
Click Update Information when finished.
2. Updating your Property information.
By keeping your property information up-to-date, we are able to provide you with better, localized content, that’ll make your residents happy. We’ll also be able to provide more accurate information about our network to get you the highest revenue share possible.
Log into your account.
Select Properties on the side navigation panel.
Navigate to the property you want to update.
Click Edit.
Populate your property features and amenities information.
When finished, click Update.
Repeat the same steps for any other properties.
Pro Tip: The Property detail page lists all the content categories that you have indicated to be restricted.
